Returns and Refunds Policies
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit.
If you have any questions, we are happy to help! Just send an email with your concerns to email@example.com and we will assist you promptly. Please be sure to read all the information provided to make sure you have selected the right size urn for you.
Also, please note: Each item is handmade and one of a kind. If you choose a Ready-to-Ship urn, the urn pictured is the one you will receive. If you choose a Made-to-Order Urn, your item will be similar but not identical to the item as pictured on the Boyce Studio website due to differences in wood color and grain.
All sales are final unless item is damaged in transit. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must have received damage during transit. The item should be returned in the condition received. To complete your return, we require a photo of the damaged item/packaging and proof of purchase or receipt. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 407 E. Pico #406 Los Angeles CA USA 90015.
If you need to cancel your order before the urn is made, your order will be refunded minus the 3% credit card processing fee in the USA, 4% everywhere else in the world.
